South African International Ballet Competition returns to the Mother City for its 13th edition showcasing global excellence in ballet and contemporary dance.

With judges from South Korea, the United States of America, Romania/Germany, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Austria/Australia and Russia.

This year, we’re ready to dazzle you with exceptional performances from talented dancers across three age groups: 9 to 12 (Scholar) 13 to 16 (Junior) 17 to 22 (Senior)

The SAIBC attracts dancers of the highest calibre from South Africa and around the world.

Prepare for breathtaking displays in both Classical Ballet and Contemporary categories, alongside exciting duets, trios, and group performances, as well as the choreographic division.
