Wesgro is a legislated Schedule 3C Public Entity, as provided for in the Western Cape Investment and Trade Promotion Agency Amendment Act, 2013. The Agency is responsible for tourism, trade and investment promotion. The Agency is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Executive Authority in terms of section 3 of the Act.
