Weskus Tourism Visitor Trends: January to June 2025

The information provides insight into the origin of tourists in the region as well as their preferred activities, ages, group sizes and spending patterns. The research is not intended to represent tourism for the region, as the sample of visitors represents only the footfall at the participating Weskus local tourism offices.

Between January and June 2025, the Weskus region received 1,212 responses to the regional visitor tracking surveys. The domestic market accounted for 83.00% of visitors, while overseas visitors represented 16.91% of the total sample.
