Fittingly this lovely pink wine is first in line with their smashing gourmet cupcake pairing.
A pomegranate cupcake is set to bring out the fruity flavours of this pioneering wine, whilst the Chenin Blank Wild Ferment’s rich flavours are paired with a delicious rooibos, lemon and honey cream cheese cupcake.
The elegant oak aromas of the Pinotage works well with a pumpkin and vanilla cupcake as it is smartly infused with spices like star anise and cinnamon.
The star of the show is however the scarce varietal, Gewürztraminer, an aromatic white wine reminding of litchis, paired with a Makataan wild melon cupcake.
